Yuck. I've had to watch this thing morph for about two weeks and, thankfully, I was allowed to throw it out. It is Matt's science experiment involving soaking a raw egg in various liquids. This one happens to be maple syrup. And yes, it is still in a "shell" which has turned into a soft, pliable, moldy, green, decoration in my kitchen. Ew.
