Yes, it is true! After church, we were walking in the house when it felt like rocks were falling out of the trees and onto us (think Chicken Little). Anyways, they weren't rocks, they were ice cubes - or hail stones.

Here is Kylee running away from the hail storm. My kids loved this as they were able to enjoy a bit of winter in their summer vacation.
