Alex gets up at 5:00 am every morning for seminary and then jumps into the chilly Pacific to surf for an hour with her high school team. BRRRR!! The landlocked Canadian in me doesn't understand the commitment of surfers to their sport AT ALL! But I believe it is awesome :) Anyways, today is foggy and chilly and I wanted my hungry surfer to get a good breakfast before school. I have a busy day again today and didn't have time to make a stack of pancakes. So I made one. One big one! With coconut.
And it did the trick!
