We Swim...Always!

This is our third year swimming with the Greenbrook Swim Team and we LOVE it! This is the first year Sophie has made it - Yippee! She had a hard time the first two years she tried out - she had lots of fears of swimming across the length of the pool. But this year, she is really excited for practice and can't wait to get in the water on Saturday meets.
Alex has loved swim team from day one. I think a lot of it has to do with the awesome coaches that she has. They are 'tight'. She has made up special handshakes for a few of them - and has no problem striking up conversations in the middle of practice. Even though it is a social event for her, she still gets great exercise and has developed a pretty great breast stroke! Matt isn't pictured...yet. He has been really busy with school homework and conflicting soccer practices and games. Pretty soon he will be in the water with his sisters.
The practices are every weekday and the meets are on Saturdays, so that is the main reason we aren't at home much - but as long as everyone is smilin' it is okay with me.
